- Please always wear appropriate attire. When using LUA Spa saunas, it is necessary to wear a swimsuit or use a sauna mat.
- Towels are provided by LUA Spa in the Spa and Wellness area for your convenience.
- To enhance your experience, it is recommended that you lower your body temperature before using the pool or sauna by taking a cold water shower, starting from your feet and moving upwards.
- Prior to indulging in the benefits of our saunas, ensure your body is well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
- After every 5-10 minutes of sauna use, we recommend a 5-10 minute break to allow you to replenish your fluid intake.
- If you find yourself unable to make it to a pre-scheduled spa or beauty treatment, kindly cancel it at least 4 hours prior to the appointment.
- LUA Resort*****Balatonfüred is an exclusively for adults hotel, thus, only guests aged 14 and above are permitted to access LUA Spa facilities.
- Please be aware that LUA Resort*****Balatonfüred does not assume any responsibility for your health during your visit to LUA Spa.
- Additionally, LUA Resort*****Balatonfüred does not accept liability for any lost personal belongings. For your convenience, we provide lockable lockers free of charge for our guests during their time at LUA Spa.
