NOON Restaurant touches upon all our senses, where the emphasis is on the experience itself and is not only about a carefully composed concept, but also about how we see the world. István Pesti, the Michelin-star chef’s professional guidance brings high-end, sophisticated gastronomy at the newest resort of the Northern side of the lake. We see the world as a richer and a more colorful place, rather than not creating something or drawing conventional boundaries for ourselves. We follow the events of worlds, and not only the trends, but the locally available ingredients too. The gastronomy designed by István Pesti, the Michelin-star chef’s professional guidance is not determined by the past nor the future; what we stand for, it is the present times’s strong footprint. Contemporary kitchen, open to the world, multiculturaal atmosphere offering a’la carte menu with bistro style dishes. Instead of lengthy degustation dinners we create completely unique, decadent dishes, and that on the outstanding level of gourmand restaurants. Hence the presence of fresh, seasonal ingredients from local produce on our menu – let it be vegetables, fish, or steak, to the latter, we specially have cutlery made for our regular guests with their own initials. Our sommelier colleagues pay special attention to the exclusive wine and champage offerings accompanying our dishes; as well as the stylish table setting and the usage of cutlery. We regularly have gourmet-, and wine dinners in several themes – not only for in-house guests. Reservation is always necessary.
