The highlight of the Pentecost weekend is the limited-seating “NOON Best of” degustation dinner, held in an exclusive, private setting.
The five-course tasting menu features some of the most beloved and outstanding dishes from the NOON Restaurant’s culinary journey so far: creations that have become guests’ personal favorites, as well as dishes selected by our Michelin-recommended kitchen team as truly remarkable gastronomic experiences.
The menu is crafted in the spirit of seasonality: ingredients are carefully selected from the freshest produce of the current season and adapted to the concept of each dish, ensuring that every evening offers a truly unique culinary experience.
Each dinner is limited to only 20 guests, creating an intimate and personal atmosphere and allowing guests to experience the culinary journey up close.
