We can only accept pets in the Superior Marina Park View and Deluxe Marina Park View room types for HUF 15.000 / night / pet by prior arrangement. If our colleagues notice the presence of a pet in a room in other room types, than mentioned above, during the stay of our hotel guests, we will charge an extra cleaning fee of HUF 15.000 / night / pet, and you can continue your stay in one of the rooms designed to accommodate pets.

All hotel bookings are requested to be confirmed in writing and they will also be confirmed in writing by the hotel.

For individual orders, cancellation is free of charge and without penalty up to 48 hours prior to arrival, unless the order or the individual offer or agreement on which the booking is based specifies different cancellation conditions.

In the event of cancellation after the deadline or if the guest does not arrive by 19:00 local time on the day of arrival and does not indicate in advance that he/she will arrive later, the Hotel shall charge the guest a penalty equal to the amount of the price of 1 day’s room according to the order or, in the case of a special offer or individual agreement, the amount specified therein. In the case of group bookings, the cancellation conditions will be specified in the individual agreement for the booking.

The value of the hotel services can be paid at the hotel in cash, credit card or OTP, MKB, K&H SZÉP (Széchenyi Recreation) Card.

Depending on the event, please wear appropriate attire in the public areas of our hotel. In our NOON Restaurant & Bar unit, we kindly ask the gentlemen to wear long trousers for dinner. In the restaurant and in the spa & wellness area, you should refrain from using voice-activated mobile communication devices (phone, tablet) or, if necessary, use them with headphones in respect of other guests. 

From 1 September 2021, all guests, including infants and children, need a valid photo ID upon check-in accordance with applicable legislation. The photo ID can be: an identity card, a driver’s license in the form of a card or a passport. Certificates digitally scanned at the reception are recorded by the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA) system for a maximum of two years. In the absence of a document, the hotel must refuse to accommodate.

All our rooms have a balcony.

The hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

Depending on the selected rate, the room price includes either breakfast or half-board. Half-board includes a buffet breakfast and buffet dinner and may also be added at the hotel during your stay.

All our bathrooms have a shower. Some suites are equipped with a private infrared sauna and / or jacuzzi in addition to the shower.

There is an unguarded car park next to the hotel, which is barriered to prevent unauthorised parking, and where you can charge your electric car. The parking fee is 3.500 HUF per car per night. The hotel excludes any liability for damages caused to vehicles parked in the parking area, except for damages caused directly by the hotel or its employees.

The hotel does not have an underground garage.

The hotel offers adults-only services and therefore only accepts guests over the age of 14. In the daily rush, we tend to forget about ourselves, and when we have the opportunity to relax, the opportunity for quality time gets appreciated. The environment in which we spend our time away from everyday stress becomes an important factor in our decision making process. That is why we leave it to the discretion of our guests if they want to go on holiday with their children under the age of 14 or spend time with each other in adult company.

The spa is open from 8 am until 8 pm.

The spa area can be used from 3 pm on the day of arrival until 11 am on the day of departure. The spa is available at an additional cost before 3 pm on the day of arrival and after 11 am on the day of departure. The SPA remains accessible until 3:00 PM on the departure day.

Breakfast is served between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., while dinner is available between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. at NOON Restaurant. To ensure smooth and high-quality service, advance table reservations are required for dinner. Upon arrival, please let our reception team know your preferred dining time, and they will be happy to arrange the reservation.

We accept K&H, OTP and MKB SZÉP (Széchenyi Recreation) Card.

Our guests can choose from the following: champagne, wine, mineral water, flowers, rose petals, bonbons, macarons, other sweets, fruits, balloons and other further decorations according to guests’ needs. Fruzsina, the Guest Relations Manager of our hotel, is at your disposal.

Our hotel offers a voucher of optional value and 2-night gift vouchers for 2 people, in addition to which we also offer the possibility to purchase a custom-made or voucher. Please inquire at our sales department by email or phone. You can also buy vouchers on our website.

Yes – if booked in advance, subject to availability. 

Final confirmation of the reservation is subject to the timely payment of a 50% deposit based on the pro forma invoice. The reservation becomes final and valid once the deposit has been received and credited by the payment deadline specified in the confirmation.

If the deposit is not received by the indicated deadline, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation automatically.

LUA Beach is open not only to guests of LUA Resort, but also to external visitors. Our beach operates seasonally and welcomes guests during the summer months. For current opening hours, admission fees and available services, please visit our website.

Our kitchen uses traditional food preparation methods; therefore, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination during the preparation of our dishes.
