Dear Guest,

Our hotel warmly welcomes Guests arriving with small pets, so that your stay can truly be a complete and enjoyable experience together with your beloved companion.
In order to ensure undisturbed relaxation for both our Guests traveling with pets and those without, we kindly ask you to observe our Pet-Friendly Hotel Etiquette.

Primarily, we accommodate four-legged companions. The acceptance of other small animals is subject to individual consideration.
Pets are accepted in limited numbers, therefore please indicate your request at the time of booking, or at the latest 48 hours prior to arrival.

Terms and Conditions

  • Pets up to 10 kg are accepted for an additional fee of HUF 15,000 / night / pet
  • A maximum of 1–2 pets per room is allowed, strictly subject to prior arrangement and confirmation
  • Pets may remain in the room only under the supervision of the Guest
  • Please do not leave your dog alone in the room for extended periods of time that could cause separation anxiety
  • Kindly use the “Pet in Room” door hanger to inform our staff when your dog is resting in the room
  • Common areas may be used exclusively for accessing guest rooms
  • Pets are welcome in the Lobby Bar; however, they are not permitted in our NOON RestaurantSPA & wellness areas, or at LUA Beach, with the exception of guide or assistance dogs
  • If you prefer not to leave your pet in the room during dinner, please inform us and we will be happy to serve your selected dishes in the Lobby
  • Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times within the hotel premises
  • Pets must have all mandatory vaccinations, which must be verified by a valid vaccination booklet
  • Minor accidents may occur; therefore, we kindly ask you to clean up after your pet. Whenever possible, please take care of such matters outside the hotel building. We recommend using the hotel parking area and the provided dog waste bags
  • Please bring only well-behaved pets that do not disturb the comfort and tranquility of other Guests

If the arrival of a pet is not communicated in advance and a pet-friendly room is not available, an additional one-time cleaning fee of HUF 30,000 will be charged on top of the pet fee.

The Guest bears full responsibility for any damage caused by the pet and is required to compensate the Service Provider prior to departure.
The Service Provider reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the room has not been used as intended. The maximum cleaning surcharge is HUF 50,000.

If any item or equipment becomes unusable, the Guest is obliged to pay the current replacement cost. Should the Guest fail to report such damage at the time of departure and the damage can be clearly attributed to them, the Service Provider is entitled to charge the contracting party’s bank card accordingly.
