These two artists have harbored a longstanding fascination with the concept of crafting a harmonious blend of film music styles into a captivating show. In their debut performance in the spring of 2015, they invite you on a melodious journey featuring the iconic tunes from ‘The Godfather,’ the unforgettable melody of ‘Pulp Fiction,’ the dynamic guitar solo from ‘Desperado,’ and the swinging rhythms of ‘The Talented Mr. Ripley.’ Film enthusiasts, this is an event you won’t want to miss.

András Jász, a graduate of the jazz saxophone department at the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music, embarked on his saxophone journey at the age of 15, and his passion for the instrument has only deepened over the years. His love for the saxophone has led him to explore and push the boundaries of musical genres. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with renowned artists such as Attila Kökény, Barna Pély, and electronic music DJs Zoohacker and Andrew J.

For nearly three decades, Márk Horváth has established himself as one of the most versatile guitarists of our time. His music has graced stages at numerous festivals and concerts both in Hungary and abroad, making him an enduring presence in the Hungarian music scene. Throughout his illustrious career, he has shared the stage with an array of exceptional groups and artists, including Bálint Gájer, Betty Balássy, Tóth Vera Akusztik, András Hajós, Frankie Lato, András Jász, and Juli Horányi, among others. While his primary genres are Latin jazz and Django swing, his boundless talent also finds expression in the world of world music. Over the years, he has had the privilege of collaborating with renowned Hungarian and international musicians, including the Hollywood-Hungarian composer Bálint Sapszon, with whom he embarked on a tour of the United States. Notably, Márk Horváth has enthralled audiences with his ‘Harmónia Garden Swing a’la Django’ project, delivering memorable performances at the prestigious MÜPA venue.
